I could not have achieved my dream of living in Post Falls without Daniel. He has a lot of local knowledge and gives me advice he would give to his own family. Daniel Preston went above and beyond our expectations. As out-of-state buyers, he was very patient with us, fulfilling every request in a timely manner. When we found a home of interest, he would make narrated videos pointing out the pros and cons, along with possible solutions...and no crawl space was too small for him! In the end, we could not make up our minds which house to get...but are planning a trip to CDA where we hope to work with him again.
