About Daniel Koumou Nete

Raised in Togo (West Africa), Daniel Koumou-nete migrated to the United States at the age of 15 with his father. He attended the University of Southern Maine and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Leadership & Organizational studies. Beginning his career at HSBC as an Account Executive in Virginia Beach, Daniel Koumou-nete was a top performer and very successful at helping clients with loan refinancing and all other loans related financial needs; ranked 2 within his region and 35 in the US as an Account Executive over 2500+ account executives. He transitioned his role as a loan officer from HSBC to a Loss mitigation negotiator with a focus in HAMP (Home Affordable Mortgage Program). With the career move comes a relocation to Charlotte NC. Daniel met his wife and start a beautiful family in Charlotte NC and has called Charlotte home ever since. He continues his professional development and prior to returning to Real Estate, Daniel worked as an Account Manager and Service Analyst for Merck one of the largest pharmaceutical companies. What makes him a successful Realtor? Daniel has over 10+ years in customer services helping people, and a solid background in Finance. From touring my condo on January 29th, to closing on March 7th, Daniel Koumou Nete made the home-buying process as easy as it could be.
