If I could give Danny negative stars I would.Danny started the relationship off with a form email requesting that we set up a phone meeting first in order to avoid phone tag. I set up the phone meeting and I waited and Danny never called. I ended up calling him and texting him. Danny seemed to have no idea what the meeting was about. I told him that he was the one who requested this meeting, not me. I told him I wanted to see the property. He kept asking "How can I help you?" and again I kept saying I'd like to tour the property. He said okay, I'll have to check my schedule and get back to you. I didn't hear from him. In fact, I had to reach out to him again via text message in order to finally schedule a tour. Just to put this into consideration, other agents have accommodated tours with me within one hour of a tour request. In fact, I'd say that quick requests are the norm. Danny took days and I was the proactive one, not him.Danny arrived at the tour late and not knowing a single fact about the unit, not even the price of the unit. Literally, I asked what the price was and he replied I'll add that to your list of questions. It was painfully clear that Danny didn't do a single ounce of research. He didn't show me the unit or explain anything to me. He couldn't answer questions as to whether the unit included parking, if it was an investment property, if it would be painted prior to moving in, or anything that a typical prospect would ask. Anything I asked, he just said I'll add that to your list of questions and get back to you. In fact, the only thing Danny said is I'll get you in and out quickly. He didn't ask what I am looking for, if this unit met my needs, if there's anything else I'd want to see nothing at all.I've been viewing tons of properties both in interest of renting and buying. Danny is hands down the worst agent I have come across and I cannot recommend him in any capacity whatsoever.

I'm so happy with the apartment that I chose and couldnt have done it without Dannys help. Danny was also super patient with my changing choices (??) and always responded quickly and professionally. Working with Danny was a pleasure- he was able to understand my needs for a rental unit and he really listened to my preferences. Danny worked very expediently- he quickly found appropriate and available listings in my list of neighborhoods, managed to set up 4 appointments back to back on a Saturday afternoon, and even walked around the top of our choice neighborhood for a couple of miles. He went beyond what an agent would do, including some financial advice on rental properties and the real estate market. I would recommend Danny to all my friends thinking about moving, selling, or renting in the city of Chicago.
