ZillowVERIFIEDGeorge or (Allen) seemed professional after a couple conversations with him about renting his listing. Once we agreed on terms and he was set to send the lease. He waited a week to send it. I reached out at that time to check in on where we were and he tried to raise the price and change the terms. As soon as I questioned this he turned into a screaming child. It turned out Allen was not professional, lacked communication skills and thinks he can just take advantage of potential clients and customers. There are many options for realtors in the area, so given my experience I would stay away from this one.
