Dan worked with us to detail the characteristics of what we were looking for. He picked up on it quickly and only had to show us about 3 houses before he knew just what we were looking for. Dan has tremendous attention to detail and because of that he was able to identify a house for us in a pre-market scenario that was idea. That's the house I'm writing this from today. In general I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. He is detail oriented, highly knowledgeable of both MA and NH real estate laws and processes, and he works very hard to maintain communication through the close.
