Let me begin by saying that I am the type of customer most people in a long drawn out engagement don't want to deal with - I am a project manager. I'm highly detail oriented, I expect professionalism and accuracy and I demand timeliness each step of the way. I met Dan back in February because I thought he was the listing agent for a new construction home in Brookline, NH. At the time I was toying with the idea of cashing in on a sweet spot in the market for our existing home in MA and appealing to my husband's desire for more land and fewer nonsense taxes.
