Dan was absolutely great to work with. He and his team were knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive to every issue and question that arose during the process of purchasing our condo. My wife and I are out of state but that was not an issue. Dan went above and beyond attending the inspection on our behalf and live streaming a walk through with the inspector that lasted over an hour. He even went back to the property for us right before closing and did another video walk through.
