Reviewing Daniel is not easy to put it simply because there is so much to say and I may not be able to convey it all powerfully enough. In one word he is EXCEPTIONAL on every parameter that we would come to expect from a professional realtor. This is coming from a man like myself who have had the experience of working with many realtors from India, Canada and United States making over a dozen property transactions both buying and selling. So my wife and myself came across Daniel by a fortuitous coincidence. As fortunate as we are, given that we are typically the ones requiring much more support than an average buyer as seniors with the tendency to question endlessly and so for us Daniel proved to be a great find. Time and again over a period of one year both myself and my wife Usha have been absolutely amazed by his professional ethics, commitment and professional maturity that would befit a realtor with decades of experience, but then Daniel is truly gifted in the sense that he has inculcated within himself all the supreme virtues of a professional realtor in just over five years. I do honestly think that he has had it in himself all of the desirable personality attributes inherent foremost being his exceptionally amiable temperament and very pleasant demeanour. His professional involvement, values, commitment to the client's cause and interest, astoundingly tireless and amazing professional commitment and so on and so forth. What we have been particularly impressed is that not once over a period of one year he has ever flinched or shown his disappointment. Yes, he must definitely have had reasons to feel disappointed with us for pushing him to the limits of patience and tolerance and us being confused about our priorities. The following figures would speak for itself. He must have shown us patiently over 50 homes of all types on week days, week ends and mostly online as we live in New Jersey. We would come close to buying some and even Daniel would assume his job would soon be over, alas, no, we would change our mind at the last moment. But Daniel would still laugh it off. And so it all concluded finally very pleasantly for all of us with finding not only a lovely Town home but also an excellent tenant all through tireless efforts of Daniel. So Daniel is here to stay not only with us but all of my own and extended family who all now know him by now and entirely agree with me on all that I have said here. I really do wonder what all this lovely young man is sure to be going to accomplish in his long years ahead as a professional realtor if this is what he is at this young age with just about five years as a realtor.
