Buying and Selling Real Estate should be fun, enjoyable, focused, and completed with purpose. I try to remove the anxiety out of the equation as much as possible. Buying (and Selling) a home should be a fun and exciting experience, and you shouldn't be pressured, but guided. With 10+ years experience as a Realtor, I am a Broker Associate of Re/Max Select located in Central Florida. My Education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Grace College in Winona Lake, IN (1997) . I have represented clients in a variety of real estate transactions. From Condos to Land Development to Vacation Homes and all parts in between of the first-time home buyer to the down-size as well as the "holy crap we need a bigger home now" seller/buyer. Each transaction has allowed me the opportunity to do what I love - Real Estate. This is not a part-time job, it is my career of choice. Being first time home buyers, we were very fortunate to have Dan as our agent. It could have been a very stressful process but thanks to Dan, we bought our first home rather smoothly without any problems.
