Daniel and Julie were amazing helping us to prepare our home to sell and purchase our new home. We then had them help us to design a remodel of that home and help with contractors to finish it before we moved in. Their staff helped us with everything we needed, very competent and friendly as well. Completely happy with all they did!

Ive used Daniel to buy and sell 3 homes over 20+ years now. Hes always fought to get me the best price in negotiations and to make the process easier.
Prior to signing our contract with Daniel, we got lots of sales pitch up front on the benefits of working with his large team, their stress-free approach, and what we can expect to sell our house for. As we got closer to our target list date, some of what Daniel told us about strategy and list price had us nervous, so we expressed this to Daniel and he told us to trust him, he knows what hes doing, and wed be making a huge mistake if we didnt do it his way...so we put our faith in him, signed our contract. As soon as we signed the contract, Daniels tone changed. The morning the listing went live, he calls me with a very negative attitude: challenging my expected sale price, listing off every negative he can think of about our houseaEUR|basically a complete 180 from the guy we had been talking to for the past few months. He tells me hes just being honest, fair enough, but where was this dose of honesty before we signed? Once the listing was live, we notice the photos are low res, they didnt do a good job of highlighting the house or showing room size, and his 3D tour is broken. The showing process did not go as Daniel had spent months preparing us for, and once it was clear we would be on the market a while it was very difficult working with Daniel. Wed were stuck waiting days to get feedback from showings/open houses and it was never Daniel who was at the house so the reports were always not detailed. We have no visibility into if or how they are following up with people. Daniel never even set foot in our house once we were under contract with him, he just sends team members, which is why it was so odd to hear him critique the house when he literally never even saw it in person cleaned and staged. Whenever we could get Daniel on the phone, he seems more interested making sure we all know hes the expert and is never wrong, he always chooses his words very carefully for this purpose, rather than just having an honest conversation. Often we would get info one week that contradicted what he was telling us the previous week. Finally, after 3 weeks, we asked Daniel to let us out our contract, and after a 30-minute phone argument he agreed to let us find a new agent.Everything went more smoothly with our new agent, but listing with Daniel and trusting his strategy likely cost us on our end sale price. All around it was a very bad experience.
We had an excellent experience buying our first house with the Descrochers team! I appreciated when we were shopping that the emphasis was on finding the right house rather than pushing us toward any particular sale. The closing process was very smooth and I felt that Carl was a good ally in negotiations. We had multiple contacts on the team including Daniel and everyone was very responsive, friendly, and ready to answer questions. Strong recommend!
Very helpful and knowledgeable about the buying process and what to be aware of. Responsive to questions and brought of things I never would have thought about. I am working with Matt to help identify a new investment property and also sell my current one in the process. Looking forward to exploring the possibilities and taking on the next chapter in real estate investing.
Had a great experience with Matt from beginning to the end. He was able to provide me with options and insightful feedback on many different scenarios.
