When you are older and in the market to make to buy a home, you count on the expertise of a agent that can provide guidance, recommendations, what to look for in purchasing a home, what is a good or bad deal and just be a up front at all times. Well along comes Real Estate Professional Harley Hutchinson. Professional speaks to Harley. My sister -in-law was looking to move out of her rental and buy a townhome. Those in the market now, who are looking to buy or sell know how crazy it is. So many bids on homes we thought she would never get one. I said to Harley after one of the many showings... "I hate to tell you this but she put her notice in for the end of May which is her renewal date with the rental for the next year so no pressure...right!" He said with a smile on his face, "we will find one." He worked above and beyond at all times. Today she closed on her townhouse 6 weeks before having to be out of her rental.
