Afterwards, he quickly worked on a few addendums I needed made to the contract, which was very helpful in making sure every aspect of the sale went smoothly for me. Finally, he has been very helpful in ensuring that I have access to the property before moving in so that a few repairs can be made despite the former owner remaining on the premises for one month.
