From the very beginning, Daniel was extremely helpful. He was never pushy, instead, he guided us and educated us on different options and the pros and cons of those options. When I decided to sell my vacation rental in Sonoma I contacted three different agents one of whom was Daniel Casabonne. I called all three on the same day and Daniel responded to me within 2 hours. It took the other two agents three days to return my call. It was too late for them as Daniel met with me the following day at my cottage and we made a plan to list and sell the cottage. The listing went "Live" on January 1,2014 and escrow closed on Feb.14,2014 without any snafus or drama. All was "Perfect" because I had bookings starting February 16,2014. Everything ticked along without any problematic issues. Thanks to Daniel this was great for the buyer as well.I was aware that Daniel is number "1" in listings and sales in Sonoma Valley and I knew he listed and sold multi million dollar homes. What impressed me the most was that Daniel treated the sale of my little cottage like a "Million Dollar Deal". His constant communication throughout the transaction eased my mind and I never had a second thought about my choice of agents.I have purchased and sold several homes in my life and I have never met an agent who "gets it done" like" Dan Casabonne". Daniel has excellent negotiation and problem solving skills and he makes the deal happen . I am always amazed with his creative thinking. Since the sale of my cottage I have sold another home through Daniel and recently purchased through him again. I am looking forward to my next transaction with Daniel. I understand why he has been the top agent in all of Sonoma Valley for almost 20 years. He helped us sell our home and it showed that he really cared. We were not just some transaction. He always called us right back, we knew he would always give us a straight answer, and he was ready for no matter what curve ball was thrown at us during the transaction. He is fast on his feet and boy, I am happy that he was on our team. He is a super nice person but I know that he defended us to the end and even though the buyer and their agent tried to play little irritating games, he kept us calm, keep the deal moving forward and let the other party know that we were in charge and not going to play into their game. It's something to watch him at work....I sure can tell that he loves what he does.

This guy rocks !!!!! He is what every real agent/broker should be. This was a tough sale for reasons neither the buyer's or seller's agents could control. Dan was the deft statesman and consummate professional who led the sale to a successful conclusion. Wish I could do it again just to see him in action. No, I've never met him before this sale; I'm from way out of town; we're not related by blood or marriage; I don't, and have never owed him anything.
