ZillowVERIFIEDMy family connected with Dan when we wanted to see a home and Zillow suggested him. Very happy that he was willing to show us a home at the last second and after 5pm. We met him as a family and saw a home. From the get go we were and still are impressed with Dan. As I write this review we are setting up our dream home! This home wasn t even on the market. It was everything we d been praying for. We moved from CA and spent 4 months in a timeshare waiting for the right house. Dan was so knowledgeable and available throughout the process. We know that we wouldn t have our home without him. Our personal needs are what made getting the right house much more difficult than it should be. Dan stepped up in every way. We made offers on 3 homes but none of them were quite right. We d like the house or the land but not both. 1 home had a really bad inspection report. He guided us with patience and experience 1 issue at a time and over the holidays at that. He even helped us find a great lender! When needed he had answers, would get answers or offered great suggestions on anything we needed. It was handled timely, professional and never pushy.We have the home we wanted, on land we prayed would be beautiful with a view. Never on the market, but we got it! Perfect for our family.
