With Daniel's help, my husband and I are now writing this review from our new home! We randomly met Daniel when we inquired about a Zillow listing -- because we were passively looking at that time, we appreciated how easy-going he was as we slowed our search at times. Months and months later, we saw a listing that piqued our interest so we picked the relationship back up. His deep knowledge of all of the neighborhoods we were interested in and his incredible patience with us was so helpful. Daniel understood our needs and it never felt like he was trying to sell us on something. He took a few afternoons to show us multiple homes and was just as enthusiastic from house #1 to house #6 (even during a heat wave). We appreciated his approach to pricing and trusted him to flag concerns that we didn't fully understand ourselves -- this included connecting us with foundation experts, home insurers, etc. When it came time to make offers, Daniel answered all of our many questions and it felt like he was truly representing us when negotiating with the sellers. Daniel was the absolute best. He was so helpful throughout our journey of finding and buying a home, and I'd gladly work with him again. He's easy going and very personable, while at the same time hard working, knowledgeable, and proactive. We so appreciated how accommodating he was during our search, as we viewed quite a few houses. He never pressured us towards any houses we were lukewarm on, but he was very quick to get us information when we found anything we liked. When we went through the offer/escrow process he was very communicative, kept us updated, and quickly passed along questions we had to the seller.
