About Daniel Abreu

Daniel was raised in and has spent most of his life living in the Tampa Bay Area. After graduating from Eckerd College with a degree in American Studies, he made the move to Naples, Florida to study law. Since returning to Tampa in 2017, Daniel has been fully immersed in the area's real estate community working as a processor, closer, and marketing representative for local title agencies. Daniel currently serves as a Business Development Manager for Standard Title and Escrow. Furthermore, Daniel has been on the other side of the transaction as a local real estate investor and owns his own investment business. Becoming a licensed real estate agent seemed like the natural evolution of his real estate career, and now he proudly serves the community he loves so much. Additionally, Daniel has several ties to the community, including serving on several committees, membership to a wide number of local businesses, and networking groups. A descendant of Cuban heritage, Daniel has ties to the local Latin American community and speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese.

Daniel was amazing from the time he walked into our home. We didn't know anything about selling a home, so he took the time to explain everything to us and came prepared with the comps from our neighborhood. I never once felt like I was bothering him. He even took my phone calls when he was out of the country on vacation. We followed all of his recommendations and it only took 8 hours before we got an offer for full asking price. We had an issue with the buyer's lender giving us the runaround when it came to closing, but Daniel went to bat for us and everything turned out beautifully in the end.
