I have a background in sales and negotiations- I interviewed a few realtors before meeting Dani and while I wasn't thrilled with any of them I did have a frontrunner. Then I met Dani and immediately knew he was the guy. His team did a stellar job of open houses and negotiations with lots of communication back and forth. It was an eclectic house and he needed proper marketing to find the next owner- Dani found him. I had friends with a house that they had been trying to sell for years- beautiful house but a tough location, They were going to try again and had a realtor picked but I said to them "Listen , this is business, I don't care who you use but you absolutely MUST at least interview Dani and then if you choose someone else-so be it." They met Dani- hired him on the spot and they were amazed at the turnout. Showed the house furiously and sold so fast they had to go rent a place to hold them over. Be careful what you ask for because Dani will deliver and in the case of my friends- substantially over asking price with multiple offers (on a house that previously wouldn't sell). This is business- big business for most of us- Dani doesn't just list and walk away- he sells houses. I knew that within 5 minutes of meeting him.
