I have lived in Rapid City, Black Hills area for the past 25 years, being a business owner for eleven of those years, growing from one location to four within that time. I have been in the real estate industry for over 16 yrs and am currently a broker/owner at South Dakota Properties. My husband Steve is also my partner and has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. I also owned a restaurant for 3 years before getting into real estate. I have been in the service industry for over 23 years. We also own Savage Tan here in Rapid City. I have three children of my own and 2 more added to our family , so I have learned about patience and guidance through them. I always ensure to give the best possible support for my clients. I am a member of the Rapid City Chamber of Commerce and the Black Hills Association of REALTORS, and pride myself in giving back to the community. I love my work, it really never feels like a job. I deal with residential, single family, townhomes, recreational (log homes, cabins), multi-family, commercial and land.
