Dane is a great agent. He made sure we understood the current market and the process of home buying with it being our first time. He sent us a great selection of homes and we only needed to go out twice before finding the home we ended up buying. He even rescheduled his day so he could take us out quickly for our second round because homes were going so fast. Good thing he did because thats the day we found our home! He was extremely responsive throughout the whole offer, inspection, appraisal and closing process. He also has great connections and we used his suggestions for the mortgage company and inspection company - both were great!
