I cannot imagine a better place to sell Real Estate than Lake of the Ozarks - the fact that I get to LIVE here is even more Amazing! Everyday I talk to people that have dreamed of owning their own "place at the Lake" - some have saved their entire lives to retire here, some "grew up" coming to the Lake as kids and want to recreate that experience with their own kids and some just want to find a 2nd home to get away and enjoy the Lake Lifestyle. Regardless of the reason, I feel very fortunate to help people find the Lake Dream. Together, my husband and I recently started our own team, Signature Realty Group, RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks. Our team is currently made up of 3 full-time agents, a marketing coordinator and office coordinator. Collectively, our team offers over 3 0 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate market; from strategic planning, land acquisition, account development, contract negotiations, broker relations and sales/marketing strategies. We gave Danae, what we thought, was an impossible price to sell our condo. Two other agents prior to her pretty much met with us and then backed thinking they'd need to invest a lot of time for an improbable sale. Danae was exactly the opposite. She was likely thinking the same as the other agents, but treated us with respect and pursued our sale professionally. By the way, we received an extra $25,000 for the sale than we ever believed we'd get for our $135,000 condominium.

I choose Danae based on a referal from friends that also used her to sell their property. After interviewing a few agents over the phone, I felt Danae was the most personable and knowledgeable of the three agents I interviewed. She was able to secure a buyer without even listing our property on the MLS and when a second offer came in, she was able to negotiate with the two potential buyers to secure us an even better deal than our asking price. After the contract was in place she was helpful throught the process and was always available by phone, text or email.
