Dana and his partner Tera were fantastic support during my home buying effort. He has sold homes in the area for many years and has a good understanding of what options you can expect to see, realistic market evaluations and knowledge of the pitfalls to watch out for when inspecting a house. He was very quick to respond to my questions across the process from identifying homes to look at, conducting inspections and even helping after I had bought a home with contractors and repair persons to make some upgrades I wanted to install. Dana was also helpful in working around my job schedule to plan viewings and drove me around town while my car was still being shipped to Billings. When I placed an offer he also helped negotiate the price as the market had become favorable to buyers and we brought the price down to better deal. I would highly recommend Dana and his team to anyone moving to Billings. An important note for anyone from a larger city: this is a small market. If you need to move quick and don't see what you want, buy a starter home and have Dana continue searching for new opportunities. It may take 6-9 months until a home that checks all the boxes come onto the market.

Tera did an amazing job for the house that I had built for me and my 2 daughters. Tera is very easy to get in touch with and did a fantastic job dealing with the builder and his realtor.
