Our time working with Allison was the best possible experience from start to finish that a buyer could ask for. We were kind of needy with tight schedules to look. We were looking in several counties and she was willing to travel further. She looked deep into any house I may have interest in, even if it seemed an unlikely fit, she was willing to look into it. She was knowledgeable on every level and streamlined all my inspections with wonderful contractors and was present at everything. She walked us through a failed offer when foundational issues were too much. I forgot how emotional buying a house can be and I am glad she was able to properly advise me. She wanted our family to love the home, not simply make a sale. Our closing was dicey too and she knew exactly how to hand difficult last minute issues and got us to close on time! We could not be happier with our experience and our new home. Thank you so so much! I wish I could hire you as my personal assistant because you may be the most organized human on earth.

If I could give more stars to Dana and her team, I would. My husband and I have been looking for a home for years and Dana has been there through it all - a pandemic, bidding wars, almost contracts, you name it shes always supported us and made sure we were taken care of. Her professionalism and knowledge made us feel confident and comfortable in making the important decisions that go into buying a home. Shes been patient, positive and our leader throughout this whole process. We have finally found our home and from start to finish this process has been smooth and enjoyable.
