Dana's marketing strategies, negotiation skills & attention to detail made the process easy for us, and we couldnt be happier we chose her to find a rental property. Highly recommend Dana and Jim Sullivan! I had to sell my parents place after they past. It being a trailer and me not living in Las Vegas I figured it was going to be a lost cause. I cleaned their place out and Dana and Jim met me to go over what they can do. Taking it on I didn't have much faith on the place selling anytime soon. At the airport ready to go home I received an email that they had an offer. WHAT!? 1 day after putting it up for sale!? And for what i was asking. That's unreal. They were there the entire step of the way and answered every question I had. I can't say enough good things about them! I highly recommend them if you are looking to sell or buy.

Dana and I hit it off immediately! I was coming in from out of town and we teamed up right away! In less then a few days we found the condo we needed! In addition Dana soarded over and above to help my sister close on the condo without me! She picked up my sister when I couldn't be there and gave recommendations for moving and move out cleaning! They worked with a professional photographer to make sure that the house showed well in the listing, and they made solid recommendations on a listing price. When I first moved to Las Vegas in 2017, before I even got here, Dana helped set up a rental arrangement with a house which made a cross country move/transition much smoother had we not had her assistance. She went above and beyond to help us without expecting anything in return.
