ZillowVERIFIEDHighly recommend Dana and Jim Sullivan! I had to sell my parents place after they past. It being a trailer and me not living in Las Vegas I figured it was going to be a lost cause. I cleaned their place out and Dana and Jim met me to go over what they can do. Taking it on I didn't have much faith on the place selling anytime soon. At the airport ready to go home I received an email that they had an offer. WHAT!? 1 day after putting it up for sale!? And for what i was asking. That's unreal. They were there the entire step of the way and answered every question I had. I can't say enough good things about them! I highly recommend them if you are looking to sell or buy.
