About Dana Hollenbeck

My career in real estate began mostly by accident when I accepted an office assistant position with an independent brokerage in Waterloo. I got my real estate license in Spring 2014, soon after being hired, and worked closely with my broker to learn all aspects of real estate and help expand the small company. Together with my broker, I helped develop database infrastructure and systems to streamline all processes to improve efficiency and overall client experience. After two years, I got my Associate Broker's license and helped open two new branch offices and train new agents. After learning what KW had to offer (also by accident), I couldn't resist the opportunity to grow my business and personal brand. I made the switch to KW in July of 2017. Although I am relatively new in the industry, I have had an incredible amount of experience in my short tenure. I have been involved with all types of transactions from residential buying/selling/leasing, to buying and selling of large commercial properties and businesses. I approach real estate with a fun, casual, team-oriented mindset that sets me apart from other agents. I want you to enjoy your experience and maybe even learn something in the process! Even though we had a difficult time with some unexpected hiccups, Dana made sure that we were not having to pay for additional things and went to bat for us when we needed her to. I am a Real Estate Broker who was looking to purchase a home in the Seneca Falls Area. I filled out a Zillow Request for more information and Dana called me back almost immediately. We developed a fantastic rapport and Dana showed myself and my daughter 4 homes. We chose one and Dana was there every step of the way even going as far as giving us names of contractors and supply companies in the area.
