I will start out this review with a huge WOW! Dana absolutely knocked this one out of the park. I first contacted Dana after reading through some of her many stellar reviews. I questioned if all of her 5 star reviews were accurate. Well the short answer is a huge resounding yes! She is all that and much more. After a sudden onset of declining health, my sister and I knew we had to be closer to mom and ultimately relocate her from North Tonawanda to Texas. To make matters much more complicated, this house sale involved a family trust. Through just a few long-distance calls to Dana, she had come up with a specialized strategy to sell my moms house quickly, with minimal disruptions, and at maximum sales price. The strategy worked perfectly. We not only sold my moms house in 6 days, but were able to close in about 45 days from my first communication with Dana. Throughout the journey, Dana was always available to our numerous phone calls, texts, and special requests to completely accommodate our needs. Dana was also extremely proactive in contact with several different people involved in the sale such as our trust attorneys, buyer, buyers agent and especially our family. I truly cannot say enough great things about Dana not only as our realtor but for her on a personal level. Dana has an extremely strong work ethic and demonstrated her integrity in all our interactions, a combination hard to find these days. A huge thank you to Dana on a job very well done!

Dana was OUTSTANDING to work with. She is flexible, kind, and hardworking and I truly believe she got the BEST price and quality buyers we were looking for. She negotiated a waived house inspection with the buyers which more than likely saved us money. We had 22 showings of the property in less than 2 weeks which increased the price competition. I would HIGHLY recommend Dana and would only use her in the future.

Dana was WONDERFUL!! From the start she wasnt pushy, she supported our needs and answered all of our questions. She explained the process, helped us navigate the paperwork, and made excellent recommendations. and suggestions. She was very positive, arranged a professional photographer who specialized in real estate photography, and was on top of expediting our listing, showings, and offers, Dana was able to recommend other expert professionals ( lawyers, estate liquidators, clean-out ) that were competent and reliable. She made our experience as easy as possible and I would highly recommend Dana without hesitation!
