Dan was an amazing partner in navigating our first home buying experience. He was calm, even keeled, never pushy, and always available. He patiently spent hours explaining the details of the process to me, from making offers to dealing with inspections and negotiating with the sellers. He has literally spent his life in LA real estate and knows it in and out. He also has great perspective and experience with renovations and improvements, and helped us work out our plans and connect us to vendors. His whole team was professional and efficient. We'd work with him again in a second! Although we are pretty sure we'll stay in our new home forever...

My wife and I were referred to Dan via a colleague as we were moving from SF to the Santa Monica area for a job.Dan was super helpful in listening to what we were looking for and rapidy sent over a bunch of listings, many of which we had already liked privately on Zillow. His recommendations were spot on and Dan guided us about neighborhoods, regions, and schools as a local which was really helpful as we were arriving from out of the area.Dan coordinated with us so we could go down to LA and look at 15+ places in a couple of days. Selling our condo during a pandemic was obviously not what we originally had in mind when we started the process of buying another home and selling this one, but you deal with the cards you're dealt, and Dan got us through it all so easily. Dan was very transparent, kept in constant contact, and gave us his honest opinions and guidance. The vendors he hires are top notch, and we never felt like we were out of the loop on anything. After the lockdowns started and we were suddenly home all the time, Dan also made sure that any appointment viewings or property inspections were scheduled with our prior consent and with respect to our needs for reducing the risk of having people coming through our home. If we move again, Dan will absolutely be our first call.

Dan was professional and knowledgeable during the purchase of our new home and sale of our now old home. He was expert in making the purchase process smooth with lots of helpful advice the entire time. Dan was always available to discuss any questions or problems that arose. For the sale, he jumped in with vendors to help make the house look great prior to us going on the market and coordinating all of them. Even during the stressful times, he was calm and offered guidance that was needed. If we need to buy another home, we wouldn't blink to use him again and would refer him to anyone that is in need of selling or purchasing a new home.
