Dan took our parents estate home sale on with the knowledge there could be some challenges, but he never wavered in his devotion to be attentive to our cause. He always remained calm and collected, reassuring us we could work through any aEUR~roadblocks, making sure he would be available for any questions for our sale. Since we were located out of the area, Dan went above and beyond and supported us when someone was needed to be on the premises by stepping in for us. This included signing for the close of the house in our place. Hope made my wife and I feel very comfortable! We were looking to buy a house and we were from New York having not a clue about Pennsylvania.
