At more than one moment I was ready to quit but Dan gave me the support and confidence to move forward. Dan is locally connected, and unpretentious. He helped me to quickly find electricians, plumbers and other services, and went well out of his way to oversee things when I could not be present for inspections, closing, etc. Despite an 8-hour time difference and a sight-unseen purchase, Dan was always super responsive and took all of my questions and concerns seriously.
