I worked with Dan Swanson for purchasing my first home in Denver, and I cant say enough wonderful things about Dan and the entire Thrive team. He helped me to understand the buyers landscape, and helped me navigate the process of purchasing a new build. Since he had worked with new builds before he told me specific items to look out for and things to be aware of. When there were delays or things that needed to be fixed by the builder he went to bat for me and every single item was resolved. After closing hes been such a wonderful resource, sharing advice on things to make sure I'm completing within a certain time frame (lots of open ends on a new build!) and in general checking in to make sure I'm settling in well. His immediate team, Jennifer in particular, were also so friendly, knowledgeable and discerning through walkthroughs, closing, etc. Ive already referred Dan to a few friends of mine thinking about buying, and I feel very confident Ill work with him again in the future.
