Dan was awesome! I had the responsibility for selling my mothers home. He was knowledgeable about the area, gave great advise and did not suggest improvements unless they felt it would add value to the sale of the home. Since I was out of town, he even supported me in getting an item sold that the curbside trash service was not able to take. He also did the little things like, being there to let in people for carpet replacement and piano pick up. Dan was very helpful throughout the process and it easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him.

Dan was incredible not only did he help me find the house I wanted he kept reaching out to me to see if I had found any houses I was interested in. Dan helped the process go smoothly and he was never afraid to share his honest opinion on a property. He had me set up with a great mortgage and insurance company. Both had better rates than the leading companies. Dan is from the area and he knew it well. He is great at what he does and he is very knowledgeable. In the future if I ever need to buy or sell a house I will be going to him.
