The real estate business is full of realtors that are only able to 'act' like they know what they're doing. That's NOT true with Dan Rollings though. He does not try to pressure you into buying houses - We did look at SO many houses when we were buying our first home, we also had a million questions that we thought that we were bothering him, but he never got bothered and he helped us through the entire process.
