She responded quickly to all of our questions and showing requests and she was very proactive in contacting the listing agent when we needed additional information about a property. When we looked at a house that had moisture in the basement, she reached out to local experts and was able to give us a detailed explanation of the prospects for repairing the issue. (They weren't great, so we decided to steer clear). When we began our search we weren't sure what we wanted, and Isabella was always patient and accommodating as we figured out what worked for us and what didn't. We really wanted a single family home with a yard, but we had a very limited budget. We were beginning to think that only a condo would be within our reach, but with Isabella's expert negotiating skills and responsiveness we were able to buy a small house in our preferred Madison neighborhood without breaking the bank. This alone would be enough to warrant a 5-star review, but I also want to mention that I was house hunting with two small children and her friendly demeanor really put them at ease (instead of complaining when we went to showing after showing, they were always excited to "go see Isabella"). Finally, her closing gifts were a huge wow and couldn't have been more perfect for our family. I highly recommend Isabella (and the whole team at Mad City Dream Homes) for all your Madison real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIEDIsabella was very easy to work with; I had a lot of items that I wanted to check off my list of what I was looking for in a new condo. She was very accommodating to my schedule. She was also able to recommend a handyman to do some minor changes not only to my new condo, but also to the condo I am selling! I am only moving a few miles from where I lived so I did not need her expertise on local knowledge. I used Mad City Dream Team when I purchased 6 years ago and they came through again for me.
