They initially listed my home at an inflated price. It sat on the market with zero offers for 7 months. During that time, they revised the listing 3 or 4 times and reduced the price by $20,000. The market for all homes was really depressed at the time, but I believe that if their estimate had been based on actual sales prices (not the listing price) for their comps, the house would have sold much sooner.. They were very responsive to all questions and handled the paperwork expertly.

Its a team effort!!! Selling your house can be an intimidating idea, but with the right information and help, you can have a great experience. I'd like to partner with you in selling your home, and support you in making the important decisions about your sale. We work with all types of clients in all price ranges. Residential, Commercial, Land, Ranch, Etc....

Started in Real Estate after many years in sales in the oil-field industry.
