Dan was a life saver especially considering some of the issues we encountered I don't think we could have ever predicted or have handled by ourselves. You just never know what might come up and having a licensed expert on your side we learned is so important. Moving is so stressful as it is so it was so nice to know that a professional was helping us. He was excellent with his negotiations, his knowledge of contracts and correct processes, and with helping us make the right decisions when it came up. And even though we weren't buying a house through him (only listing and selling our own) he helped us on the other too even though he didn't have to. Our home was under contract within a week which was amazing, but it's never a smooth ride in real estate when so many people and organizations are involved.
