I met Dan in a open house in Corona, when I was looking for a rental property. I will always ask the open house agent a question "what's the estimated rental price". Most of the time, I will get a random number, either too high or too low (sometime I did homework before that, and got eyerolling after the ridiculous number), some will answer me "I don't know". Dan is the the only one who give the answer like: I know the price 6 months ago, it was about $XXXX, not sure the current price, hold on, let me run the comp right away.He is the agent that has most updated local knowledge and did a lots of homework before listing a house: when the house was remodeled, what owner did when remodel, what's the brand level of appliance, is seller motivated seller. etc. So what he told you is really trustable.
