Dan along with Alex Blizard did an excellent job in representing me in both buying a new condo and selling my old condo. I met Dan at an open house and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even after I made it clear I wasn?t going to be making an offer on that condo. I was just looking at that stage. He came to my old condo and gave me an approximate value (one that ended up being close to the final selling price). He sent me listings for new places but never pressured me. I am particular and I was fine to wait months/years to find the right place. Dan was also perfectly fine with that timeline. I managed to find a place quicker than I expected. Dan was great during the negotiations, and I felt confident that I had put forth my best offer, which is so important in a competitive real estate market like Boston.
