Working with Dan and Darci was just terrific. Absolutely professional at every turn. They say their going to call, they call. They say they'll be there at 3:30, they're there at 3:25. They both know a ton about stuff that's in a house (hvac, septics, roofs, gutters, windows, decks, landscape, plumbing, etc.) Best thing is they were straight with us about and pointed out things that may become a problem (water damage, wood rot, unsafe decking, etc.)They sold our old house for us in 4 hours for better than asking price. That was a huge relief. They recommended an attorney that was very fair and was excellent as well.
