Dan is the best in the business! During this crazy pandemic where we had to act FAST to put an offer in, he was always available for last minute showings, put together offers for me at lightening speed (even as he was getting ready to board a plane!), and counseled me on making a successful offer in a sellers market. He is one of the most responsive professionals I have worked with; we were in contact at all times and he was great about always getting back to me right away. Being new to all this as a single woman, I was a bit overwhelmed but what I really liked about Dan is his ability to walk me through it all without ever seeming patronizing about my lack of knowledge.
