Maragaret guided us through sale of our home with some key decisions that helped to secure the maximum amount (we feel) in that area. Connor went above and beyond for us as we went through the process of buying a home in 2020. He was always on top of next steps and changing market conditions. He advised us on modifications for selling in a market where Covid dictated many decisions. He was prompt and effective with negotiations, both listening to our needs and advising on the best strategies. When there was a concern about the new property the day before closing, Connor did an extra site visit himself to be sure that our new home was ready! I highly recommend working with him for any realty needs!
