Dan is a great agent who's super knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and really cares about his clients. He helped us buy our first home this spring, and despite the tough market, he took us around to many open houses every weekend. With some of the houses, he pointed out issues that we never would have considered. He also helped with our unique requirements, including having enough backyard space to build an ADU. We put in offers on 3 houses before we got one, and he was very responsive and fast each time.
