Over time he has given me advice and referrals to get my real estate questions answered. I'm hooked on his monthly market analysis also! My most recent sale of an investment property had added complexity (1031 exchange through a Trust). Plus we were under a timeline for the sale. Dan arranged multiple showings within days, helped us in negotiations and closed the deal within about 2 weeks in a slow buyer's market! Truly amazing.
