My wife and I want to thank Dan Chin Homes, specifically our realtor Alex Lozano Rios, for a great experience and for providing top notch professional service in our home purchase process. Alex and the Dan Chin Homes Team were focused on our needs and wants, even down to the smallest details, they were committed to ensure our needs were met. Purchasing a home seems scary and hectic, and to my wife, who is Spanish speaking, was unsure of the process in general. Alex, being fluent in both English and Spanish, was a tremendous help bridging the communication gap for my wife and explained everything in complete detail in her primary language. This was very important to us, that we both remained on the same page throughout the whole process. My wife was unsure of the entire process, in the beginning, now has a full understanding of the process, including financing details. Erik, Brittany, Meg and the entire team at Dan Chin made selling our home so quick and easy. We were in a hurry to get our home ready and on the market, they were very thorough every step of the way and very responsive and adaptable to our timeline. My husband and I have known Dan for quite awhile now. We felt very comfortable with him right away and spent a lot of time explaining to him what kind of home we were looking for. He sent us a lot of homes and we ended up buying one that we love. Sam was a big help also in this process as he showed us many homes. He was great! Dan then came back to our house to list our original home and he did an excellent job in advising us on a list price. We ended up with a few offers and Dan helped us look at each offer and decide what was the best offer for us. We couldnt have done it without him.
