Neal Miller of Exp Realty was outstanding in every aspect of our real estate search! We came to Wisconsin from Florida, with a 5-day window to find new housing due to a job relocation. Neal met us on day 2 of our search, and offered to assist us (the whole looking up homes on the internet was proving unsuccessful for us). Neal listened carefully to what we were hoping to find, and immediately brought us to 2 properties (that were not found through our web searches!) and he carefully walked us through each of the properties. We absolutely fell in love with the 2nd property and immediately made an offer. By the day of our flight back to Florida, we had an accepted offer on the home of our dreams. Neal was beyond helpful in explaining how things worked in terms of the process, but also the local and state issues that were new to us. Additionally, Neal patiently walked us through the homes we looked at, pointing out items such as dates of installation on hot water heaters and appliances, construction details, HOA fees, etc. We HIGHLY recommend Neal, he's a top-notch professional.
