I would usually start off saying something like, "For his level of experience, Prichard Norman is a fantastic realtor!" but there's no need to consider his experience, as he has shown he's good in his own right! We were given immediate attention when we needed to find a home (our first home) and move cities quickly. Moving from out of town, he worked around our schedule and was available on weekends and late nights. IF he didn't know something we asked, he found out as soon as he could. There was no judgement when we told him what we wanted and what our budget was, only understanding and realism, when required. We learned so much going through the house buying process, I think he even learned something! Thanks to him and his knowledge of the area, we found a great first home in a great neighborhood for under asking, and now it's worth so much more than we paid for it!

If I could give 10 stars I would. We were looking for a townhouse in Nashville for my granddaughter, Michaela, age 22. She was in Nashville, I was in TX. Scott and Sulinda (S&S) are so terribly professional, knowledgeable and competent that they guided us to the perfect place for Michaela. A big purchase so far from me was a bit scary but S&S eased my concerns. They have kids her age and were able to help me think through essentials like garage or not? Yes, for safety. Yardwork or not? Young career woman - townhome better. Etc. They were well aware of best areas for resale, excellent builders and those to avoid. When touring homes Scott looked at the "solids" like construction, heater age, etc. while Sulinda helped Michaela with the cosmetic stuff. GREAT team! When we found the perfect place, which was over budget, they worked with developer to get us to the head of the waiting list because I had cash. They know what they are doing. At closing the Title company said we can go over each document needing signing and I turned to Scott who had reviewed all and said all was in order. SO much great support. I've had excellent realtors before but S&S even surpassed the best of them. I highly recommend them to even the most experienced buyers - but especially to first time buyers who need extra support and understanding. You will be delighted with the results.
