ZillowVERIFIEDI would usually start off saying something like, "For his level of experience, Prichard Norman is a fantastic realtor!" but there's no need to consider his experience, as he has shown he's good in his own right! We were given immediate attention when we needed to find a home (our first home) and move cities quickly. Moving from out of town, he worked around our schedule and was available on weekends and late nights. IF he didn't know something we asked, he found out as soon as he could. There was no judgement when we told him what we wanted and what our budget was, only understanding and realism, when required. We learned so much going through the house buying process, I think he even learned something! Thanks to him and his knowledge of the area, we found a great first home in a great neighborhood for under asking, and now it's worth so much more than we paid for it!
