Hands down the BEST Real Estate Professional I have worked with in 35+ years. I actually worked with Damon via online services for over 2 years as I was looking for a second home in Pensacola. We were looking from Maryland, so depended on getting information online. I chose to work with Damon because out of many realtors I contacted, he was ALWAYS prompt to respond, gave me information I asked for and needed and NEVER pressured me. He never lost patience with me and continued to provide me personalized information as often as I asked for it. When we finally found a place that both my wife and I liked, Damon worked with us step by step to ensure it was what we thought it was and did a video walkthrough with us, since we could not be there in person.
