Damiana was hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. She took the time to answer every question and request that we had, even if it was on the house we were selling with another realtor and not the one we were buying. She was also so thoughtful and had a painting made of our house after knowing how much it meant to me to have the painting our sellers had in the house that they ended up keeping and surprised us with it at closing. Shes a great negotiator, researcher, and communicator. Highly recommend!
