1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
There are two first calls to make. First to a realtor who is a full time advisor. Someone who is highly trained and professional. Also to a mortgage broker to find out what your purchasing power is and how to improve your rate.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Freshen and clean more so you house looks lbrand new. Fix what is broken, finish what is started, do not over-improve.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All levels of buyers and sellers, local and relocation. My best clients are those that appreciate a high level of care and professionalism.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
The best transactions are those with personal referrals. When past clients send us their friends and families if is very rewarding. It shows that we have done a great job and that it is appreciated.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I first started in 1982. Then I spent a lot of years developing client focused sales organizations in several different fields including technology, insurance, consumer goods and distribution. My thing is to find out what customers want, then find a way to deliver it.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Lots of sales training, and teaching.
