Mr Dickerson helped my husband and I buy our first home. A process that was a bit nerve wracking and we felt a lot of pressure to make a good decision, he eased our concerns and made it a smooth journey. I mentioned the area that I preferred to live in and he found some beautiful listings in our price range. The process went much quicker than I expected and he negotiated for our closing costs to be paid for. One thing I really enjoyed was his use of technology/email/DocuSign. I think the process was much less cumbersome because where steps could be handled with a quick email or e-signature, it did. I found we we were mostly waiting on the buyer, the buyer was rarely waiting on us. Great experience.
