Dameika performed admirably! She thoroughly investigated every house we sent her and provided us with pros and disadvantages. She also located a home that met all of our requirements. She communicated with our mortgage loaner and made arrangements with our budget when it came time to negotiate. In addition to providing us with the resources she could provide to complete the tests required for closing. She did everything in her power to make the process stress-free. I forgot to mention, if there were any problems withing the process, she would act immediately to uncover the root of them. Honest to God I have never met a better realtor than Dameika. There aren't words to describe the phenomenal work this lady does. Hands down 100/10 for me!

She also represented us in selling our old home, which sold in just a few days! She managed both the sell and purchase simultaneously what seemed like effortlessly. When we started the sale/purchase process she and her team were always right on top of things, meeting timelines, helping with great resources and navigating issues. The cumbersome paperwork and legal process was really simplified with her help. Her negotiation skills are really top of the line, working closely with other realtors to make good connections and represent her parties effectively. Weeks after closing we had some issues pop up with the old home, she always answered our calls and helped us navigate anything we needed long past our sale/purchase. I wish we could rate Dameika with more than 5 stars because honestly when it comes to professionalism, knowledge of her trade, manners, beauty and just being friendly as a whole this girl knocks it out of the park. Dameika never once had to ask a question she didint know the answer too relating to our real estate experience which was buying our first home. She was always there the instant we needed her and is very punctual as well as time respectful. I cannot stress this enough that if you?re looking for the perfect realtor. Stop everything your doing and call this woman, you won?t make a second call. Jaw dropping beauty. Fierce intelligence, and everything a good friend represents. We are so lucky we found her.
