I was very nervous as a first time home buyer to start this process, but with her I always felt like I had someone in my corner!

D'Ambrah was absolutely amazing through the entire process of helping me find the perfect home. My situation was a little trickier than most, but she knew exactly what to do every step of the way. She knows the Myrtle Beach area very well, and has a great network of contacts for everything home related. She is super knowledgeable and not only responds quickly, but on any day and just about any time. This was one of the hardest times of my life- starting over and finding a new place to call home. There is NO ONE else I would ever want in my corner but D'Ambrah. She wasn't just an "agent" for paperwork purposes- I actually felt represented. She kept me in the loop, negotiated for me and pointed out things that I never would have seen. I am beyond thankful that she was referred by a friend, and would absolutely use her over and over again!!!

We purchased our property from 700 miles away. D'Ambrah did a video call to walk us through. She new exactly what to look for, I would put my trust in her any time. She stayed in contact 1-2 times per week through the entire process, even gave me advanced notice for items I would need for closing. After the seller made necessary repairs she went through to inspect on her own before we made the trip to make sure it was repaired correctly. In my opinion you will not find a better, more attentive person to represent you.
