I would first like to thank you for taking the time to view my profile and considering JB Goodwin to represent you on your journey. A little about myself, I am married with two boys ages 10 and 2 and we love being outdoors hiking, fishing, or enjoying a nice day at the beach. I love all things sports so if I am not outdoors I'm most likely glued to the T.V. watching a game with my boys. Before getting my license I worked about 7 years in Chemical Batch processing, first in the Lab at a renewable fuel plant making environmental friendly Diesel (Biodiesel) then later in pharmaceuticals, but I've always had a passion for Real Estate. Initially, the plan was to continue working in pharmaceuticals while passively investing in Real Estate with my wife but as I educated myself in the field and got around some amazing agents, I became fascinated with the idea of helping others fulfill a dream of theirs. My mission as an agent is to provide you with the highest quality experience for all your Real Estate needs by means of education, integrity, and transparency. Buying a house can be a scary process, especially for first-time homebuyers who do not necessarily know what to expect. I am there with you through it all educating you on each step of the process so you are can feel comfortable and confident instead of worried and unsure of what's to come. With knowledge of the process that scary feeling is replaced by excitement and you can truly enjoy the process of becoming a homeowner. I will always demonstrate sound moral and ethical principles by doing what is right by you as my client at all times while being open and honest throughout the entire process.
